The location is very nice and quiet. Hans and his whole staff are wonderful and generous. Since I think I was the only person in the hotel at one point, he made pancakes and bacon personally for me. He is such a nice man. Alexandra and her colleague also did a wonderful job with ensuring the room was very neat and clean. I look forward to returning again!

The room was nice and clean. Also, the staff was very accommodating in allowing me to extend my stay so I could stay longer with friends.

The walls were a little thin and I heard my neighbor snoring next door. Other than that, it was great.

Der Wald und die Burg sind gleich hinterm Haus. Essen war hervorragend und der Service einer sehr engagierten jungen Dame in Ausbildung war wunderbar. Angenehmer Wellnessbereich mit Tee und ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit offenem Kamin

Ein wirklich ekelhafter Fleck auf dem Bettlaken - hätte man sehen müssen. Bett recht unbequem.

Rein äußerlich top, parken top, Anlage gut gepflegt.

Bäder alt und bei Buchung falsch illustriert. Fugen in der Dusche verschimmelt. Rost auf Badregalen. Staub auf Spiegellampe. 70/80iger Jahre Badartikel. Auf Nachfrage: „Das tut uns Leid. Dann haben Sie ein Zimmer bekommen, wo das Bad noch nicht erneuert wurde“ .

Nice breakfast in a pretty dining room. Beautiful location on the hill, if it hadn't been raining we would have really enjoyed the trails. Please note: it's a walk up hill from the train station. I should have calculated that better since we didn't have a car! (My bad!) We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there was no staff working. We got the key from the key box, well marked and easy. Breakfast was vast and delicious.

It's a large hotel and with no staff there at all on a Sunday afternoon it was a bit unnerving. The directions were clear, so we had no problems but I've not experienced something like this. I would have liked to have been told that the restaurant was closed on Sunday at the time of the booking, that was disappointing.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr angenehm. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels hat zu einem erholsamen Wochenende beigetragen.
