Fabulous grounds and staff were amazing. Lovely outdoor poolside area. Good food options.

No aircon in the rooms (small portable fan) - particularly given the cost of the room per night. Baby soft play needed a clean.

Weather in England is very unpredictable and I’m aware of that but having no AC made us stay a little uncomfortable

"Fab venue could do with some TLC and more staff."

Gorgeous venue. Facilities were excellent, the Anglo Indian restaurant was also exceptional in regards quality of food.

We stayed 2 nights and had to ask to get our room cleaned on the 2nd day and even when cleaned they missed a few things. Also they were very short staffed and while the service when received was excellent the staff were very much under pressure and obviously understaffed. We booked a junior suite which while ok I feel it was a little tired and the wardrobe smelt quite badly of mould.
