The rooms were spotlessly clean beds were comfy, the staff were so friendly they couldn’t do enough.

Staff friendly rooms comfortable but deco a little tired. Bathroom adequate but i hate shower curtains around shower in bath. I much prefer shower glass around bath. Food good quality and reasonable prices.

No fridge in room.

Location was great

Food was very average had to wait ages. Felt very dated in appearance

The property was really nice plenty of dining space

The couple have only just purchased the property and intend to update it as soon as possible

Nice hotel. Large room. Super comfy beds.

Room 12 quiet, humid and stuffy. Windows only opened a little. People ironing clothes in the corridor at 10.30pm right outside our room door talking full volume. Ironing boards in the corridor I think your supposed to use them in your room 🤦‍♀️

The customer service was excellent/very helpful and friendly staff Very clean rooms and throughout the hotel. Food options were excellent. The decoration in the rooms were contemporary,however the rooms/bathrooms could do with a refurb,they looked very tired. The shower was very old school and the water wasn’t very hot. Having said all of that I would go back again.
