Beautiful location . Polite & friendly & helpful staff .

We have been a few times and my partner proposed to me as it’s such a special place

Nothing a excellent

The view is amazing looking towards Bangor and a perfect view of Menai Bridge

General cleanliness was poor. Filthy stairs, bathroom floor. Cold room, radiators needed bleeding. Staff very casual some with uniform others just loitering.

Only had toast., but generous and good. location was excellent but signage could be clearer. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Shower was weak. Hairdryer in room 2 was faulty

The breakfast was well presented and very substantial. Its clear the products were of good quality

had a warm welcome and they managed to get us in the room early

Noisy toilet system everytime somebody flushes the toilet. Private/function room was very noisy below. Poor service on restaurant waited half an hour before our order was taken so an hour wait before eating which ended up being to late 9pm
