Lack of parking for people staying at the hotel

Lovely location and nice relaxed feel. The downstairs facilities were well decorated and felt cosy making the most of the incredible view

The rooms were a bit shabby and the walls need to be cleaned/ painted. There was a tv stand on the wall not in use and it felt a bit old/ tired. The noise from other bathrooms was very loud, but the rooms were otherwise quiet

View was amazing

The annex is very noisy, you could hear others in their rooms. Didn’t like people walking past my window to their doors, they could see straight into our room. Stay 3 nights, no housekeeping at all the whole time. £12,50pp for breakfast, full Welsh one morning and scrambled egg on toast another. Choice of rice crispies or coco pops. Not great

Views, food. Comfy bed.

Artic temperature in bedroom. No extra blanket available. Dark lighting in room, and nowhere for a girl to get herself ready. A few light touches would help.

Breakfast was as expected but more choice of cereal would have been nice.

Not being told about the kitchen extractor fan which was on the other side of the wall in our room and very noisy, when I mentioned it I was told it would go off at 8 O'clock when meals were no longer being served. At 9 o'clock I had to go downstairs again and ask why it was still on. Kitchen staff were just leaving but went back and turned it off. (Room 5 )- would not have booked if I had known the fan was there.

Location was amazing, bathroom was new and really well done. Quality of the furnishings in the room was first class. Ample supply of tea and coffee with quality kettle and mugs and tumblers.

Heating and hot water didn’t work, even though the hotel knew they didn’t notify us, we found out when we heard another guest complaining. Bar was used as an extension to the restaurant so the only place to sit and have a drink was a small table in reception. Were not asked if we wanted to dine in the restaurant, or offered the choice of having breakfast in the morning.
