Everything was great as usual staff friendly an pleasant and always made to feel welcome

Nothing like I said the place is excellent and value for the money

The location is stunning, the view from the front over the Menai Straight is glorious - I watched a firework display over on the other side of the bay, which was magical. I didn’t eat there, but the staff were lovely and my room was perfect for me by myself - spotless, with a comfy bed and feather pillows, which a lot of places have done away with ! The bathroom was modern and the shower was super powerful.

The Gazelle is very obviously a very old building and has the plumbing noises that comes with old buildings - when the next door turned their taps on, you could really hear the noise of the water in the pipes, so I’d advise ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Pillows, do need better quality ones. It’s a bit tired. The landlord is starting to redecorate and when finished this place will be fantastic.

Staff were great, very warm, welcoming and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food was superb.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in with the worst flat pillows. A shower that didn’t ever get hot, it was warm but not hot! Very disappointed as all we wanted was a good night sleep and a hot shower.

The food was very good. The situation was very good.

The room was disappointing. There was a mixture of shabby furniture. There was only one bedside table. The lighting was poor. The refreshments were meagre. We had to ask for tea bags. The cups were stained. When we arrived we weren’t offered help to take our bags to the room (I’m 78 and my husband 82)

Cold. People sat in bar with coats on. Duvet on bed was a thin summer duvet and my wife was cold during the night.
