The property is well located. I booked because of the location and availability of parking. The linen was clean and the room had a fan.

The room could have been a lot cleaner - and vacuumed. Small things are missing like a shelf in the bathroom, a waste bin in the room, etc. Overall the place has potential but could really do with some TLC.

Decent sized room.

Staff were never about , bed had a dip in the middle of it so couldn't sleep properly, no iron in the room and no one about to ask to borrow one, front door was very difficult to get into, bins not emptied and towels not changed even though we were there 3 nights and no one about to ask for extra tea, coffee, sugar.

The room was nice, especially for the price. It was clean as well, and perfectly suitable for two nights.

The fridge in the room was a nice touch, although I found it a bit loud. No shampoo/body wash in the bathroom, would have been handy.
