It was available for when I needed it.

The bed was not sealed to the wall so everytime you got on it to sit back the bed moved away from the wall almost injuring myself through the gap of the bed and wall.The pillows where very very soft and lack of plugs for the room,one plug isn't enough.Room was on a busy main road so not quiet at all.

Staff were friendly. The sheets were white and clean. The bed was comfortable.

No plug sockets by bed. No bedside table. The room had been cleaned but very superficially, don’t look too carefully! The laminated emergency instructions were so filthy they were sticky. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Didn't like the way the owner spoke to me . He was very rude.

Didn't like the way the owner spoke to me . He was very rude. He didn't include in his policy that he can't accommodate babies. As we were running late to check in due to traffic and ferry delay. He did not care or show compassion. He declined to accommodate us as a family of four with a 1 year old baby and 11 yes old child. He left us stranded on the island Isle of Wright with nowhere to go at 2230hrs despite informing him that we are running late. He even put the phone down on us and refused to answer further phone calls. We would not recommend such a place with rude, inconsiderate, uncaring and unprofessional owner

Comfy bed and good location for the town and the buses not too far away.We were able to keep the bikes locked safety in reception overnight.This gave us peace of mind knowing they would not be stolen or have to be left outside.staff were friendly.

The room felt very cold at night.The shower was not great.A good improvement was also be have comfy chairs to sit in when you don’t wanna sit on the bed.

Rather tired decor, there was a fridge in he room that was noisy, the shower was tiny, you could only fill the kettle by filling it by using a cup as it didn’t fit under the taps. Parking is something of a nightmare as there are very few spaces.
