"Great weekend away"

Very clean and tidy property. The host was very friendly , great little touches with milk and water in fridge. Good location quiet and only a 15 minute walk to town. Superb breakfast . Will be coming back in the future , would definitely recommend .

Only a small thing but the pillows were quite hard . Just our personal preference.

"Scarborough's hidden B&B gem"

We loved this gem of a B&B, fabulous rooms decorated to a very high spec. Breakfasts are cooked fresh after you pre-order the day before! Excellent variety of cereals, fruit yoghurt in addition to a fantastic pre-order menu. We had salmon and poached eggs, advocado 🥑 and poached eggs as well as a traditional full English. All cooked perfectly 👌 we would highly recommend and will return when next in the Scarborough area. Top tip book direct for better rates.

Nothing really, you get a voucher for free parking too!

"Comfortable stay with good breakfast in convenient location."

Lots to choose from with the cooked breakfast. Bed very comfortable and slept well. The host looked after us, would stay again if in the area.

Parking can be a little stressful as it is on street parking. You are given a permit to park it's just finding a space.

Breakfast was very nice.

As we had made our reservation through Booking.com we were informed that we could not check in until 4 pm as opposed to a direct booking when you can check in at 3 pm. We were shown to our room on the 3rd floor which meant carrying cases up 3 flights of stairs. We are both in our 80s and fortunately quite fit but if anyone has mobility issues then this would be difficult.

Such a beautiful house, lovely decor and character. It was very clean and comfortable with great hospitality extras. Neale was a great host and provided everything we needed - and more. We thoroughly recommend this exceptional bed and breakfast.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
