Exceptional breakfast, lovely hosts, beautiful room. We have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs in Scarborough and this is the best.

Spotlessly clean, the hosts Lis and Neale were lovely and made you feel welcome straight away. You had everything you needed plus little extras that were very nice and made stay even better. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Highly recommend and will hopefully be returning for another stay.

Absolutely everything was remarkable. The hosts thought of absolutely everything and provided an excellent service and enjoyable stay. Great to have private fridges with fresh milk daily for each room and there's a pantry with complimentary treats in which is just amazing! The hosts were very friendly and greeted us both by name on arrival and each morning at breakfast! Breakfast was amazing with high quality ingredients and a large range of continental options. Nothing was too much trouble! By far the best hotel I've stayed in, in this Great Britain!

The ONLY thing that we could fault was not having a large fan in the bedroom! We are having an unusually hot summer so understandably this is not something that's a standard but may wish to be considered.

We throughly enjoyed our short stay! Great breakfast. Clean, comfortable room which was beautifully decorated. Lis and Neale are excellent hosts.

Nothing to dislike.

Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Nice owners. Good shower. Close to the places I was visiting and close to the beach. They offered the conservatory to store my bag after checkout.

The pantry opens in the day time so I didn't get a chance to get sweets or water because I left early and returned late. I was really hungry during one night of my stay, and would have killed to get in there and hoover all the sweets like an aardvark.
