Moorgarth Guesthouse

The guesthouse is lovely, some may say quaint! I was on the top floor. The en-suite was handy, but the shower cubicle was tiny and as a larger built claustrophobic autistic person, I didn't use (don't worry, I managed to wash lol) the hosts were very kind and even allowed me to leave my luggage with them once I'd checked out. Breakfast is available for an additional cost once at the property, but it's served to your room with a smile and a "Good morning" which was lovely. There is a bus less than 100yds from the door that will take you into York. I'd recommend this guesthouse to friends and would love to come stay again sometime. Loved my little trip away.

I liked everything about my stay at Moorgarth. Good location at walkable distance from main tourist attractions. Room was clean and confortable. Breakfast was excellent, I had cooked breakfast every day in my room. Very nice and helpful hosts. I really enjoyed the stay!
