100 Sunset Hotel

We find this hotel good for passing thru Kuta. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. We had a problem with our air-conditioner where we couldn't adjust it or turn it off but they came and fixed it for us at 3.30am.

The hotel is rather small but it's very comfortable and clean. They took note of my requests for the type of room and checked us in accordingly. The staff was very prompt in responding to our requests.

The room was good value, we paid about GBP30. Very clean and well maintained, simple but for the money comfortable. Beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet worked well during the day but as with most places slowed down in the evenings; still it was free so ok. Aircon in the dining room not terribly effective and breakfast, although it included a reasonable spread, quality wasn't great. However, it was included, so for the money a bonus. Easy trip to and from the airport as the hotel is on a main road. Overall we liked this hotel and would stay again. Couple of tips, try the coffee shop next door, best cakes in Bali and coffee half price of Starbucks. When you want to go out phone down 5 minutes before and order a taxi as they can sometimes be a few minutes arriving. Get a room away from the road as the ones facing are noisy.

My experience was wonderful. Hotel was clean and the staffs were absolutely friendly and helpful. The location was good for us as we liked to be somewhere close to local restaurants ( not in tourists populated areas) but still 3-5min drive to Kuta, Legian beach. Worth to mention, the hotel is close many local and decent restaurants and spas and Carrefour is nearby.

The Hotel has Great selection for the breakfast buffet which cover from eastern to western. The front desk reception is very quick respond to our request whenever we need for their helps. The location is good as its just need about 15 minutes to Kuta Beach/Legian Street lesser than USD 2.00 by Blue Bird taxi and beside the hotel you can walk lesser than 1 minute to get to the Arabic Lounge for a Hang Out or A Luxurious & Delicious European Cake & Pasties cafe to chat over a cup of cappuccino with friends or else you can get a super value SPA or facial treatment by walking 2 minutes from the hotel. For me, i definitely will come back to here again to spend the holiday!

The Hotel was great, best bed and pillow combination of my entire trip, clean & modern. They serve a nice buffet breakfast, the food in the restaurant is excellent; it's a good thing there are no eateries anywhere within walking distance. You have to cab it to get to the beach and shopping area...maybe 5 minutes out. There is a banking machine across the street along with a Circle C minimart store where you can purchase water and other snacks, too expensive in Hotel.

The staffs are very friendly, and I mean all of them. Always smiley and greeting you whenever they see you. Deluxe room was perfect and the bed was super comfy! Environment was not noisy at all though the hotel is next to the street.(Probably because the rooms are further in). BUT it would be nice they would change the bedsheets when they clean the rooms. Our sheets were stained and instead of changing a new one to it they just make-do the bed with the same one. Toilet was kinda small for a deluxe room actually. And was surprised that our room doesn't come with the bathtub. And we had to pay additional cash to request a room with comes with it. Overall, we still has a pleaseant stay. Plus the room service is 24 hours and the food was good. :)

Pool was out of order. hard to to get around. free shuttle only runs three times a day and is not round trip! The staff tried their best.

The hotel really surprise us, the service starting at the moment that you arrived is incredible, good breakfast, we tried the room service and the food was really good and not expensive.We did the 2 hour session spa and enjoy it. We recommend it.
