Nice people, clean, and convenient. Just located on a busy street.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Only stayed here for one night but they were friendly and helpful to us. The pool looked quite small but was nice. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in!

This is a relatively new hotel. The facility is very nice considering the low room rate. The breakfast is also fine.

Was very pleasantly surprised of the quality of the hotel, especially the beds, one of the best I've slept in. A very afforded hotel suitable for family or couples. Food is also excellent. Will stay again.

NICE ROOM, NICE BREAKFAST, FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wanted a clean, quiet and convenient hotel close enough to amenities but far from hustle and bustle and noise. My room was quiet, clean and serviced everyday., coffee making facilities, toileteries replenished daily. Breakfast was included in the price and catered for all tastes. The only minus was the standard of lunch and dinner. I preferred to eat outside. The standard of service by hotel staff from waiters to reception to cleaners was OUTSTANDING. It puts this hotel in the category of 5 stars hotel. staff speak English, they even anticipate your needs. In my opinion the standard of service is on par with the best hotels.

Value for money. Location not in central Kuta but is within walking distance to Carrefour & eating places. As a tourist, accessibility to eating places, Internet & cleanliness of room is important. Highly recommended for those taking early flights out from DPS.

The hotel is new and very clean. We are picky about cleanliness and this hotel past the test. It's a modern designed hotel, comfortable to stay at. We definitely recommend it. The only slight downfall is the location since its a bit far from the main strip but there is a shuttle van that will take you there. For us, the clean and new factor outweighed the location factor. Also, Hotel staff is friendly.

Everything was extremely nice: friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and amenities. There is only one but - hotel SPA procedures. Massage was OK but scrub experience was disappointing, the scrub wasnt removed completely and fruit mask was applied right on scrub+skin leftovers=pretty disgusting... Great that they gave robe so we ran back to the room to wash it off! Small issue with pool zone - sun is never there due to hotel wall from both sides and pool itself is quite chilly, I barely saw couple people swimming there in two weeks. So there is no way to swim or tan in hotel. At the same time they have free shuttle service to Kuta beach several times a day. For those looking for Bali style place its not the one, its a modern European-style hotel. For us it was an oasis of calm, perfectly clean place in contrast to quite dirty and noisy streets of Kuta, so we were very happy with our choice! Couple extra advice: - CozyII spa 200 meters left is a great one - do not try local wine, get Bintang instead )))
