100 Sunset Hotel

The hotel was really good overall, but there were a few factors that let us down. Firstly, it was a little far from any restaurants or cafe's, but very easy to get a taxi from the main road out the front. This wouldn't be an issue if you were happy to eat at the hotel on lazy nights, but the menu was really not very good... Even my partner who will eat anything couldn't find much he liked! The other main problem was the balcony room overlooking the pool. The balcony wall is all glass with really thin curtains - and the pool lights stay on all night! It was very hard to sleep. Cannot fault the staff or service of this hotel though. They were extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.

The location of hotel was not very good. It was noisy, busy and polluted.

I was very impressed - good price and excellent condition

Staff was very pleasant and helpful with very good English. Room in modern, contemporary decor with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Bathroom small but clean and new with overhead shower (I prefer the shower head I can hold in my hand, so this was not so convenient for me). Food was good, can't really complain, a lot of choice for breakfast (delicious banana cakes!) I liked smoothies as well, prices not too high in comparison to what you would have to pay in non-hotel restaurants. I haven't seen anybody using the swimming pool - it seems it's there just to be there... Location of the hotel not ideal, but there were shuttle buses to Kuta few times a day and taxis from Kuta back were not expensive. Overall I enjoyed the experience and could recommend to stay there.

The hotel is new, hence the service they Provide is really very good. The rooms are big and spacious and balcony is big. Its friendly staff made my stay interesting. The drawback i saw was there is no extra water tab outlet in bath room. Only 1 fixed over head shower makes difficult to wash leg only with out taking bath. No zym yet as they are building it.
