The room was great. Excellent prices, excellent view of the Gulf. Even though the condo was not on the beach, the beach was just across the road. I recommend this place and my family and I would stay here again.
We absolutely loved the condo! Great view, nice pool. I do have one little gripe and that isn't with the condo, but with Resort Quest. It was not mentioned anywhere on my reservations that I needed to stop by the realtors office to check in and pick up our room keys. When we arrived at the condo there is not reception area on the lower level and we were very confused for quite a while as to how we would check in and getting a little nervous. Fortunately, a guest who was staying there told us that there is an office on the 2nd floor by the exercise room. There was nobody in the office, but there was a phone number on the door. So, we called that number and they were able to put us in touch with the realtor who gave us directions on how to get there to pick up the keys. Once we got that taken care of, our stay was very pleasant and the condo was perfect for our needs.

WE arrived at the condo only to find out after 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Expedia that we should be checking in at a real estate building to receive our keys and room number this should be part of the itinerary you send to people the dishwasher was not fastened under the cabinet so it fell forward every time you pulled out the drawers we had clothes left in the dryer and it was full of sand not many towels in the room no potholders and only 2 dish towels the drain was slow in the master bath tub nails were coming out where the carpet and tile meet in the dining room If we are required to pay for anything that is missing we should have an inventory of what is suppose to be there when we check in Cleaning fees should be included in the price expedia charges not an extra fee For the price I expected better
These condominiums have it all to feel quite home, very clean and definitely close enough to the beach... Really nice views from the front of the building (beach) and the back (bay). We really enjoyed staying here...
I was down for HangOut fest and loved the quiet location away from the action. The condo was in great condition and met our needs perfectly.
The condo was in a convenient location, close to several restaurants and on the beach. The room was clean when we arrived, which is good since there is a $134 cleaning fee. We had a 3br 2bath penthouse. Which was perfect for 4 adults two kids. Really enjoyed our stay :)
The room was full of cob webs like it had not been used in several weeks. The sheet rock ceiling was crumbling and looked bad in the living room and bed room exposing sheet rock seems. Very disappointed. I make several business trips to Gulf Shores and thought I would give Resort Quest a try. Will go back to using Brett Robinson properties.
It was a beautiful condo, every thing was very clean and new looking. We had a great time. And even though it wasn't right on the beach, the beach access was almost right across the road and was just a short walk away. We'd definitely stay there again.
we were on the ninth floor. All the stuff in the room functioned nice. The only bad issue was that the kitchen utensils were not very clean. We needed to re-wash all items we used.
