Perfect location ! Quiet but near the town centre. On site free parking. We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome on arrival, Terry & Lynne genuinely want all guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. (King sized room) Lovely clean rooms, especially liked the dressing area between the bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The room is well equipped with TV, hairdryer, extra blankets a fan, tea & coffee etc. Bathroom was spotless and had little added extras, robes and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious. Haggis was my favourite! I think these ones were caught, fresh daily… in a net of course as it’s summertime. The owners and staff were more than happy to help at anytime. We managed to find the secret beach that was recommended to us and had a fantastic day there, even went for a swim! Thank you so much for a wonderful memorable stay. We hope to stay again soon :)

The bedroom and ensure were perfect, breakfasts delicious and varied. Both Lynne and Terry were wonderful hosts, with plenty of good tips about scenic routes and places to see.

On arrival we were shown our room by Lynne our host, the room was very nice and there was a super kingsize bed, there were complementary toiletries in the bathroom which was great and tea and coffee making facilities in room (a nice touch was some lovely biscuits). We had a couple of drinks in the bar area which was well stocked, Terry was a lovely host at the bar and also at breakfast the following morning. Our breakfast was lovely and good of selection of fruit, cereals and condiments. Overall a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel.

Not a fan of UHT milk catering cartons, would have been lovely to have a mini fridge with some fresh milk for guests. But that is a personal choice for us.
