Great location and views from the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Had some trouble finding parking.

Easy for the ferry boats, shops and all amenities

Was there for daughter's graduation which was early in morning, I was packed off with bacon sandwiches as before breakfast start.

Location was great for us as we took public transportation and ferry boats which were located very close by. Beds were very comfortable. English breakfast was good. Coffee-excellent. Had difficulty accessing wifi in our room,but easily accessed downstairs in the pub. The owners, Dave and Jane were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Room and bathroom both spotless. Bed linen and towels immaculate & smelt lovely. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Due to being over a pub, there was a high level of noise until closing time but we had been forewarned on book in. Fantastic full english breakfast!

Travelled by train for a week's holiday at Falmouth. Excellent location for buses, train and ferries. Plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Our accommodation was a family suite. This comprised of two bedrooms (1 double, 1 single), a shower room and a separate toilet/wash room. Excellent breakfast, great hosts and friendly staff. The only minor problem was the speed of the internet connection. Would definitely stop at The Prince of Wales again, the next time we visit Falmouth.

Great location right in the city center, clean room with comfy bed, landlord was very welcoming and helpful, good breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. We stayed on a Wednesday and we weren't bothered by any noise, either from the pub or the street. No parking but you can park for free in the residential streets behind the pub (5-10 min walk).

A real gem in the heart of Falmouth, perfect location for visiting the town centre shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Yes, there is live music some nights, only until about midnight, it’s a great way of meeting the locals who were all very friendly. This is not a boutique hotel but a pub with rooms, it’s great value for money and we will definitely be staying again. Thanks you Dave, Jayne and staff. Five Stars.

The mini suite was nice and cosy and perfect for three. However, live music on Friday night was louder than we expected and you cannot sleep until they finish at twelve.
