Last minute booking, good size room. Great location, right in the centre of town.

Generally, I was very happy with the accommodation and staff. However, one helpful amenity would be additional lighting as it was too dark to read with that existing at present.

Had a lovely stay, nice and central in Falmouth. Was disappointed there was no parking nearer the premises. The carpark recommended was walkable but on an extremely steep incline. Used as a base for exploring the whole county of Cornwall. The breakfasts were first rate. Gone off Pendennis Castle though as fell on top of the keep. Drove home next day as planned and went direct to our local A&E to find I had broken a bone in my leg!!!!

The staff were very nice and the service was good however the property didn't live up to expectation. I can see that they are trying to sort problems out but If I had to pay any more I would of complained.

We stayed 2 nights here and found it great! With a view of the Prince of Wales pier and the harbour, Room 3 turned out to be 2 separate rooms, a double and a single/sitting room. with everything we needed - great supply of tea etc! The cooked breakfast was really amazing! Great quality and lots of choice. Everyone at the PoW was very friendly and helpful. The position is very convenient, and the staff gave advice about unloading then putting the car in the nearby car park which took only a few minutes to walk to (£8 per 24 hours, extendable via the Justpark app, you dont have to go back to the car). The room was above the bar and I was worried beforehand but there actually was no noise from downstairs. There was a live band on the Friday night (who were very good!) and finished promptly. We would stay here again!
