The panoramic views are beautiful. The Honeymoon suite was perfect for comfort and oh what views we had in our room. Clean, with everything we needed. The breakfast was great and evening meal.choices brilliant. There was nothing to fault! The staff were lovely and looked after us, each and every one! We all loved it.

Large room and bed, lovely views, charming and helpful staff in dining room. Good choices at breakfast. Nice terrace.

We enjoyed the walk to Mall Road / the Ridge, but be aware that taxis can’t reach the hotel and there is a bit of a walk to get anywhere. The decor in the common areas of the hotel is somewhat dated.

Clean calm and guest friendly

Fantastic location in the hills but not too far to walk into the hustle and bustle of this charming diverse spectaular town. We had a cold dated room which they swapped for an updated and slightly warmer room. The staff were helpful and courteous. Good food and great evening meals which you can eat in your room which we enjoyed. The views from our room could not have been better.

One small electric heater was not sufficient for a large room and bathroom when nighttime temperatures were reaching 3 degrees. May I suggest better heaters ? 3kw or higher.

The staff were very helpful in organizing my onward journey. I stayed an extra night at the hotel. The location was perfect, away from the busy Mall and Ridge but within walking distance to both.

My first room was a bit chilly despite the heater.
