Location is very good as the view is so beautiful. The kitchen equipments and provided are good enough. The house environment is clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed is comfortable and shower is fine. Especially, the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, it could be better if the room light is more bright.

"Great view but wouldn’t stay in this hotel again"

The location was great, we saw a view of mount Cook from our bed. The food at the alpine restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast is amazing with gluten free option.

The room is very dated. The bed definitely needs a new mattress, it sinks in the middle. That was very disappointing given the price we paid. Your body ached the next day which isn’t ideal when you are hiking.
