Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability. Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box. If the provided booking information is missing or incorrect, the property will directly contact guests via email. Please reply to this email to confirm the reservation. Reservations where guests do not reply to property will be canceled. Guests who are booking for a group of more than 3 rooms need to pay in advance using a credit card. The booking may be canceled if the advance payment is not made in a timely manner. Please note that some rooms may have unstable WiFi connection. There are no restaurants, shops or dining options within a walking distance from the property. The hot spring bath is open between 15:30-00:00 and 06:00-09:00. Please contact the property directly for service hours of tennis court, swimming pool and terrace bar. Guests with a breakfast plan who want to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 2 days in advance. Shuttle service from JR Takayama Station is only offered for stays of half board plan. The service is available one round trip per day from JR Takayama Station to Hotel at 14:30 pm, from Hotel To JR Takayama station at 10:15 am.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
