"Don't waste your money, time & energy. You can definitely find a better place to stay."

Good location, average rooms, poor service. After a 9hr long , tiring road journey we reached the hotel to be informed that they won't be able to honour our pre-paid reservation as repair work was needed in some rooms. We were only booked for 1 night as we had an early morning flight to catch . And the audacity to tell us that they had tried to contact us & our travel agent but had not been successfull ( nobody had & they had no proof either) & so decided that it was ok to not give us a room . The hotel was buzzing with guests , apparently no other rooms required repairs. Very unprofessional, rude & uncooperative behavior. Worst experience in Bangalore.

Cleanliness, vicinity to airport, comfortable. Staff was polite and respectful.

The mini bar was missing, also the facilities like water bottle and iron board took a round of follow up. Rest was all good !
