Goldfinch Retreat Bangalore

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel although isolated is very comfortable, the rooms spacious and food very nice. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ‘grubbiness’ of the restaurant staff. I guess the shirts must have been white at some point but most looked unwashed, with dirty trousers and shoes. For me there is no excuse for this. The housekeeping staff were very well dressed and there is a laundry available which we used, and our clothes came back immaculate.

This is a great venue for functions. The staff are hospitable and accomodating. They supported in every possible way to give the guests a memorable experience. The quality and taste of food is very good! Thank you very much , team Goldfinch Retreat. My request is the Villa housekeeping be included in your daily schedule like you do for the hotel rooms.

We have conducted our annual business meeting and was pleasantly surprised with all the support from staff and wonderful arrangements overall . Special thanks to Tirdip , sahu , raju,Bola shankar , Bishwa for taking wonderful care of all the members . Excellent projector and conference room facilities.
