Location Location Location !!! Beautiful and well maintained property. Good size rooms and excellent breakfast. Best part was the location as everything is at about 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Pune is a very polluted city, so it must be difficult to keep the interior fittings in hotels dust-free. However, the Ramee Grand was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the level of service reflects the guest ratings - not as good as tip-top hotels in India, but still of a high standard. The food in the vegetarian restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the waiter made some great recommendations. There are non-veg options in the oriental fusion restaurant. The only negative was that I'd been messaging on the hotels.com app to ask if I could stay an extra night, as my original flight was cancelled last minute and I would be arriving a day early. Unfortunately, they did not respond and I arrived at the hotel late at night, only to find it was completely full. They did contact a nearby hotel for me and I was able to stay there, but keeping an eye on any messages and responding quickly would have meant I could have booked somewhere else in advance.

Clean and comfy room

Great service and wonderful staff. Overall a very comfortable stay but would like to add that it will be awesome if the caulking in bathroom showers is updated. Thank you
