"Service fast but no hot water "

The hot water is not working and the sound from outside could enter my room. No toiletries this is too bad. But the service is so fast

Stayed at Ramee Grand for 2 nights for an official visit. Excellent location in the heart of Pune. If you are looking for staying in Shivaji Nagar area, this is the best place to be. Spacious room, excellent room service. Plenty of food options as the hotel has an oriental and Indian restaurant. Since my flight was delayed I asked for extending my check out time by 2 hours till 2 pm and the hotel staff agreed. Overall a great stay and I would certainly recommend Ramee Grand. Its going to my my choice for my visit to Pune!

"Ok hotel, staff not great"

Fine hotel. The only gripe I'd have is that they said they would organize a car for pick up from Mumbai airport, which worked out fine in the end. They said they would send a confirmation email. However this took 6 or 7 phone calls before the confirmation, lot's of "phone back to be sure", and promises to send the email, but nothing done. The first in our party to arrive checked at reception for the second car, but they were very unhelpful. I'd have been much happier if they'd just said they couldn't be bothered with the car, and I'd have got it somewhere else. Huge frustration right up to landing, the kind of stress that could have easily been avoided by the hotel staff.

Un co operative and ruthless staff.poor quality Beddings. Food and drinks exhorbitantly charged. No transparency in levy of charges even Mini bar consumption charged were not revealed in transparent manner. The bill of Rs 401 on account of Mini Bar items was kept in d folder which should have been informed to d guests. The quality of milk which was charged Rs 147 was of poor quality. It was more of water than milk.
