we checked in one day late on account of our flight delay from US.we have advised hotel by mail well in advance as well as on phone to change dates of reservation as 30th n0v and 1st of december.but to our surprise when we checked in hotel staff on reception were totally blank about our request and we have to pay full amount of 2 days without check in.i hope you will pl look into this matter and request you to refund excess amount recoverd by hotel.regards....s s parkhe

Our room had a damp dusty smell and wasn't cleaned very well. When we complained they just sprayed air freshener. The pool was not clean. Lots of pigeons cleaning themselves in it. The picture of the pool in the add was one of the reasons we chose to stay here and it did not live up to expectations.

"Last time"

Dated and over priced. Stars for facilities are accurate but very old. Every time I stay here (regret that it's close to my local office) I say never again - there must be something better.

"Please avoid this hotel at any cost"

Guys. Please avoid this Hotel at any Cost. There are so many better alternatives who pamper you. Got fed up with their rigid "Policies". Very terrible experience.

"Good location, outdated, missing amenities "

Hotel spa did not offer services. I was told there was no one there working (just a receptionist). My stay was 5 days and there was no one the whole time (was essentially closed). The rooftop was mostly abandoned. The pool had water in it, but all tables were pushed to one side and no one was there. Room was comfortable and very spacious. Outdated. Staff was very pleasant. Good area close to shops and restaurants.
