Hotel Palia La Roca

My wife, my son and I booked an all inclusive week's holiday in Benelmadena and stayed in the Hotel Palia la Roca not knowing what to expect. It turned out that it was one of the best holidays we have had in recent years. The room was very clean and the staff were all very pleasant where nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was starting to look a bit tired in places but overall, we had a great week. A wee bonus for us that as we went 'off season' (April 2026), there was not supposed to be any evening shows. However, the entertainment team were able to put on a show each evening... Overall, a great place to stay and only a short walk to the beach as it was across the road. We also went to the large park which contained pools filled with ducks and turtles as well as an area with various trees and flowers (cactii etc)

Все было отлично, отель находится в потрясающем месте. Можно и отдыхать и гулять. Персонал замечательный, анимация супер. Хотелось бы чтобы вечернее развлечение были бы подольше.

В номере подушки были очень малы так как было неудобно спать..

It couldn't be closer to the beach, it's only a 10 minute bus ride to an outstanding nudist beach. The staff were really friendly and generally made our stay easy. The all inclusive food had a very good selection if you eat meat, I had the choice between several meats. One night there was a beef and mushroom kind of stew and it was exceptional. I also didn't have to eat a full English every morning, I could have if I wanted but thankfully there was a great selection of cold cuts, fresh bread, cereals etc.

The negatives here are few and far between, we're one or two members of staff a little hard faced, maybe. But at the same time who knows what the other people staying there were like. The all inclusive food for my wife who is a vegetarian wasn't the greatest thing ever while she was never unhappy because she loves salad and there was a different selection of salads every day, she did find she was a little left out of the cooked selection of food. It would have been great if there was maybe a little more variety of cooked things for vegetarians.
