pas de télécommande de la TV, je suis allé la chercher à l'accueil, mais la télé semblait cassée (l'écran); je viens très régulièrement, je reviens d'ailleurs le 17 septembre et du 23 au 25 novembre, donc 5 à 6 fois /an et c'est la première fois que j'ai un incident pareil!
