Hotel Casablanca

Súper bueno! Sobre todo el staff son súper amables atentos, y l lugar súper cerca de todo caminando aunque hay mucho movimiento alrededor por dentro de tu habitación no escuchas nada!! Limpio y económico agua caliente te llevan te a tu habitación si deseas en la noche lo cual me encantó el detalle Eso ni en un hotel 5 estrellas lo he tenido, olvidé mi cargador y me enviaron una nota para avisarme son increíbles!! Me lo ncanto altamnete lo recomiendo

Good facilities

Too noisy, vaccum cleaner at 7 am.

When I first arrived I had a room with a single window opening to a corridor. The light that comes from the corridor was disturbing at night. When I mentioned that, they were kind enough to upgrade me to a larger and better room with windows. Everyone in the hotel was very kind and helpful!

The only problem was that there is no noise cancellation especially in the bathrooms.

I asked for a taxi at 2:30 AM, the taxi were scheduled for 2:15, the waiter went 3 times to the room to accelerate us to go get the taxi, he was clearly on a bad mood and quite rude. Which was bothering and disrespecful. Other than that, the airport oppened at only 3:30, checkin oppened at 4am, departure area oppened at 5am, which no one advised us about. The hotel should know the airport timing and help me schedule the transport accordingly.

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos. O quarto que fiquei era pequeno, não gostei da janela que dá acesso a área comum, me deixaram uma toalha de banho rasgada. A localização é boa, não fica longe da Plaza de Armas.

The cleaning crew begins banging around and playing music at 7am. You can hear everything that’s happening in the adjoining bathroom and bedroom. The pictures on booking.com must be old because it’s definitely run down now.
