ITLa posizione, centralissima, e poi era un bellissimo palazzo storico , con ristrutturazione conservativa molto elegante che valorizzava l’ edificio

Al momento della consegna delle chiavi ci è stato detto che avremmo potuto usare le cialde per il caffè e l’acqua presente nel frigo (non c’era altro e non c’era alcun prezzo indicato) quando siamo andati via ci hanno addirittura telefonato per dire che avremmo dovuto pagare l’acqua e ci hanno addebitato 12,50 euro. Si sono davvero persi in un bicchiere d’acqua dopo aver pagato 185 euro per una notte. Attenzione al cliente zero

USdelighted with the location. unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday to the train station and if it hadn't been for a very kind family we wouldn't have made it to the hotel. We found out at our departure there was a golf cart to take us to the bus station. Very grateful for that! Representatives were so very helpful!
didn't check for a lift at the hotel before making reservation, our fault! Luckily the young lady helped us carry our bags up to the check-in area. Would have loved a room with a balcony but our room was nice & clean! ( I will say we are over 75 yrs of age) so if you are young, this is a perfect spot!
Great location in Noto. Our room at the Hotel la Dependance was quiet, clean, spacious and well appointed on the whole. But it is not a real hotel, with just one person (perfectly friendly) at reception during day time only; not a single chair in the room; and it is cheap skate for the price (eg charging for water from the fridge; and providing only paper cups and no tea bags or coffee for the kettle). Also the bottom of the door frame leading to our bathroom was rotten and needed replacing. Poor maintenance. Potential to be a great hotel, but not there yet.
