What a gem! Felt like a $400 per night hotel but wasn’t! Very luxe. Perfect location for all of Noto’s landmarks! Great food right around the corner. Best hotel on our trip!

Most perfect location in Noto !! with the best restaurants ever on the same street and few minutes walk away. All facilities were perfect, check was super easy even thought we were arriving late they made sure we were clear with their instructions and got in easily. Spacious apartment for 4 people. Super clean and comfortable

It was described as an hotel. There was no reception facilities at any time during my stay. I had pay a stranger 5€ to try and access the room. There was an online process that required payment to use. I ended up calling the 'emergency' number to obtain two 10 digit access codes to eventually gain access to the room. I never received confirmation from the emergency contact that my hire wouldn't get towed from the only possible car park adjacent to the so called hotel. It is not a hotel. There was no assistance at anytime that should be expected at an hotel. It was the most expensive room rate of my trip to Sicily, and offered nothing. I am very annoyed that Booking. com offer this useless room only product.

10/10, really happy with this hotel. I’d read some of the reviews before that said you could hear noise from the street below and that it was difficult to get into the rooms but me and my Mum had neither of these issues. We didn’t hear any noise from the street below at night! When we arrived, we were able to drop our bags off and head out for a couple of hours before we could get into our room. The woman on reception then showed us how to get into the room using a link on my phone but also gave us a key in case we had any issues. The room itself is clean, lovely and smart. The water pressure is great and we had hot water (we didn’t at our last hotel in Noto!). The shower products are fancy Ortigia ones and smell great. The WiFi is fast and there is a TV (though we didn’t use it) plus a hairdryer, steamer and ample wardrobe space. The hotel itself is next to one of the best restaurants in town and literally a two minute walk to the main street in Noto where a lot of its cafes, restaurants and bars can be found. All in all, cannot fault this hotel. We’d originally booked for three nights (as we were feeling cautious given the previous hotel) and ended up extending for the rest of our trip. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly and responsive staff

As many of the other reviews say, we didn’t love the checkin/virtual key system, felt a bit fussy and the instructions for check were all in Italian which was a bit tricky to translate out of the booking.com app. Also note the pool is only for guests who have booked the suite!

The only bad experience we had travelling Sicily for over 2 weeks. Eveything about this place is misleading. This isn’t really a hotel, it’s just a series of rooms with automated doors. There aren’t any staff, just communication from WhatsApp. There aren’t even any keys to the rooms, just an awkward unlocking system you have to use your phone for. Despite what they say there is no breakfast (despite it being advertised online, when we booked and even in the room) and there is no dedicated parking (despite saying so online). There is free public parking on the street but there’s no guarantee and when we were there it was very busy. We ended up paying 20 euros for a carpark 10 mins away and lugging our bags into town. I’m also sure they will try and deny/argue all of this as they did when we were leaving- but we couldn’t be bothered arguing any further- looking at other reviews that say the same thing they are clearly intending to mislead. Shame as the rooms themselves are nice and it’s in a good location- it’s just not a hotel.
