Great location and a good price

Well, let’s start with the grand entrance - by which I mean the locked door. Yep, to get inside, you have to press a button and hope a human eventually appears to let you in. Sometimes the human on the other end was missing in action, leaving me awkwardly waiting like I was trying to get into an exclusive club with zero VIP perks. The condition and cleanliness of the room were poor. At some surfaces, I found a solid layer of dust, like no one even tried to clean it. The walls were full of small damages, and because of that, the room looked more like a prison cell :D

Location and comfy bed.

Old and outdated building, no elevator, noisy and squicky floor, noisy hallway and neighborhood, clogged bathroom sink, outdated bathroom fixtures, no shower gel and shampoo available, no TV.
