"I would stay again."

The good points for me was it had gym facilities that could be used and the choice for breakfast.

The down side was dinner. The dinner menu could have better choices, ended up ordering from a high tea menu. I didn't really want a hot drink, cakes or even toast. I ordered fish and chips and why I could not get bread instead of toast with that. Parking was also restricted.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, breakfast was amazing too great location for museum and town.

Parking was a nightmare trying to get a space, but managed after a few rounds to get one right at the door.

Our stay was made amazing by the staff. The Friday receptionist and Helen at breakfast. These two were exceptional, quiet possibly the nicest people ever. Not only did they make the hotel welcoming, they make the world a better place.
