"Trevligt hotell i back packers område"

Casa Mary ligger en kort promenad från Cartagenas historiska centrum. Området som är lite slitet och påminner om gamla Havana, visar tecken på partiell upprustning. Vackra men slitna kolonialhus ligger vägg i vägg med renoverade små hotell. Området har restauranger, barer, resebyråer, tvätteri mm

"Bom para quem nao quer gastar muito"

O Hotel é uma confortável pousada localizada proximo aos prinicipais pontos turisticos de Cartagena. Pontos positivos: 1) Localizacao 2) Preço 3) Quarto limpo e confortável para uma curta estádia Pontos negativos: 1) Café da manhã é regrado porem saboroso. Vc tem opcoes em menu e apenas trazem o que voce seleciona e nao pode repetir 2) Nao tem agua quente no hotel ( porem nao fez muita diferenca pois Cartagena é quente)

"Nice small hotel, great value, very nice staff"

It is well located if you want to be inmersed in a typical colombian neigborhood. The staff is really nice specially the lady that prepares the wonderful continental breakfasts offered by the house. The rooms are small but comfy. Very satisfied.

"Incumplimiento en la reservacion"

Buenos días Hoteles.com, Yo había realizado la reservación con ustedes y cuando llegué al Hotel Casa Mary no aparecía registrada, por ende el hotel no tenía disponibilidad para alojarme, me toco trasladarme a buscar otro hotel para alojarme en Cartagena. Lo que me preocupa es si mi dinero registrado a través de mi Tarjeta de Crédito será descontado? quisiera saber porque el servicio con el Hotel Casa Mary no fue prestado. Mil gracias quedo pendiente de la respuesta.

This hotel is ok. One room we stayed in was ok & the next, rather displeasing. Needs a good cleaning. Good location, good breakfast & the service was also good.
