"vacaciones familiares."

Lo malo del hotel era la ubicacion, el sector no era de mi agrado, ademas de eso lo mas incomodo fue la terraza para comer, no era algo adecuado, no tenia amplitud y se notaba en mal estado, falta de organizacion, la verdad eso fue todo lo que no me gusto, por que de lo demas me parecia muy bien la comodidad de las habitaciones, la limpieza y la atencion fueron muy buenas.

Hotel muy acogedor, limpio y tv plana con cable y ducha excelente. Todo lo basico esta muy bien. Falta énfasis en la orientacion turística, no nos auudaron mucho. La ubicacion es céntrica, por las noches mucha gente en las calles pero nada peligroso. Cerca de atracciones de la parte antigua.

"Good location, very clean"

Cute place, with a good price for Cartagena. Close to the walled city. A perfect location if you're going out to Cafe Havana salsa bar. Very clean. The room was small but I was travelling alone so it was alright for me. The safe in the room didn't seem to lock. I was glad the A/C worked well.

"Attention aux surbook"

Hôtel agréable et personnel attentifs malgré les difficultés liées à la langue (nous ne parlons pas espagnol et eux pas anglais). Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée : ils avaient visiblement surbooker les chambres car nous n'étions pas vraiment attendus. Ils ont malgré tout cherché une solution dans d'autres établissements pour la première nuit mais qui nous a fait perdre toute la soirée dans le hall de l'hôtel !!!
