Puteri Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, welches mit großer Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit bei jeder Frage hilfeleistend zur Verfügung stand. Hinzu kommt ein außerordentlich gutes Frühstück, besonders für den Preis. Das Zimmer begeistert mit ausgezeichneten Betten, welche einen erholsamen Schlaf sicherstellen, sowie mit einem hochwertigen und chicen Badezimmer.

Gelegentlich hat man das Gefühl, dass die Ausstattung des Zimmers etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das ist nicht sonderlich störend, da sie immer noch gut aussieht und funktioniert, aber es ist erwähnenswert.

Location was fantastic

1. The pillow choices were limited and disappointing. 2. Breakfast was dismal. Very limited selection and was worse off than the Astana wing whose hotel rate costs less per night. 3. My booking category via booking.com indicated an inclusion for late check out at 6pm which was disputed by the front desk. Very misleading inclusion by Bookings.com which led to alot of unpleasantness and was ultimately resolved after much persuasion which shouldn't have been the case. 4. In total, we have done a total of 51 nights in total from 2024-2025 at the Astana Wing + Puteri Wing Riverside Majestic Hotel so far and will probably relook at our options when we next travel to Kuching in 3mths time.

1.booking预订时显示有延迟退房至18点的权益，但是当天才知道，这不是免费的，需要额外支付大概100人民币。虽然不贵，但还是有上当受骗的感觉 2.床单非常脏，非常脏！大块的陈年污渍，触目惊心！哪怕住快捷酒店都没见过这么脏的床单！！打电话要求酒店送新床单，等了半小时才送来，效率太低 3.景观并不好。窗外正对面是一栋河边高楼，挡住了最精华部分的河景，非常压抑 4.房间在照片里看上去很豪华，但是细看有些粗糙，设施也是经济型酒店水准，和昂贵的价格不匹配 5.隔音非常差，开门关门都会发出巨响。水管也完全没做隔音处理，隔壁房间用水响声巨大，有种住合租房的感觉！
