Hotel davvero di alto livello. Camera spaziosa e letto ampio e comodissimo. Colazione varia e ricca. Personale gentilissimo.

I like the breakfast and the bed.

Cleanliness and the air cond

The hotel is clean and safe. The only thing is the cardio room. The equipment needs to be sanitized, at least once a day. People using the equipment do not have anything to wipe them down after use. This is true especially for the treadmills that get sweated on and not cleaned properly.

La ubicación

Le sobran 2 estrellas tanto por las instalaciones, piscina sucia y abandonada, pasillos malolientes , decoración brilli horrorosa, servicio de b&b, del hotel no me gustó nada salvo la ubicación

My conference was in the same place.

Had issue with the door. Low battery they said. Had to seek assistance twice. Never happen before at other hotels.

The room was spacious and comfortable, facilities were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was strategic, close to attractions. Love the view from our room. Breakfast was delicious especially mee kolok and laksa sarawak. Overall the hotel offered good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The beds were amazing so comfortable, very generous room size. The breakfast was very good, friendly staff. The location right across the river was amazing easy walk to restaurants, bridge, china town etc.

We asked for inter connecting rooms or some near each others but we had rooms quite far appart.
