"Overall, a good located hotel with nicely updated rooms (comfortable beds, large screen TV)."

Location is excellent, in the Kuching golden triangle area. Easy to get food and groceries from nearby shops. Room beds were very comfortable, and spacious. Super large TV. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good room service delivery.

Even though with the upgrade, the room still felt a bit dated. Door knob to bathroom was a bit dirty, and sometimes towels were not changed out (despite leaving them to be changed). Not enough filtered mineral water in the room on some days. The bathroom floor drain was a bit blocked (but maintenance quickly fixed that - good job).

Excellent location. House keeping not good and need training

Shower without sliding door. Only placing a glass panel insufficient. Without sliding door resulted water spill over to dry area

included breakfast has very little for vegetarians: would have liked eggs as well and no meat in pasta dishes; better pastries and while wheat bread.
