Dreams Vallarta Bay Resorts & Spa - All Inclusive

Our trip to Dreams Vallarta Bay was dreamy and perfect for our dear friends' wedding getaway. The hotel staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel needs some updates; our room had some chips in the paint, and a few minor things to be replaced. But all in all, we loved our view of the Ocean, and spent little time in our room to even think twice about these minor inconveniences. The resort's all-inclusive aspect was fabulous. The food was divine. The pools and swim-up bars were awesome to enjoy during our days relaxing. Highly recommend as a place to stay as a couple, or as a family!

We had an excellent stay! First time visiting this resort and really enjoy the resort amenities and excellent personnel services, from restaurants, room service and activities!

We had a fantastic week at Dreams Vallarta Bay! It was just my husband and I on this trip, and this was our favorite Mexico vacation yet! The location was fantastic, we loved everything about the resort but it was also wonderful to be able to go to the Malecon and "Romantic Zone" so easily! The resort was super clean, the view from the balcony was top notch and several times we saw whales just swimming by along the shore, which was very cool! It was not noisy at this resort at all, especially considering it is a family friendly resort...we slept great and never had any issues with noise around us at all, which was wonderful as I tend to be a light sleeper. The service was absolutely 5 star....we were blown away by the level of service by Francesco in the Italian restaurant(went there multiple times once we met him)! Carlos, who worked as a server by the Dreams pool stood out as well- great drink service , AND after my husband's deep sea fishing trip (caught tuna), he helped us by calling a restaurant to arrange for them to cook the fish that had been caught for our dinner, so we wouldn't have to deal with a language barrier. We also really appreciated the coffee shop - cappuccino was a very key part of our mornings every day! The entertainment team was fun and on top of a lot of activities - Joel and Jimmy stood out in particular, keeping everyone entertained with fun events by the pool as well as in the beautiful lobby area at night. We enjoyed yoga on floats in the pool, used the gym, walked on the beach, just really enjoyed every aspect of our trip! Highly recommend you book a vacation here!

We had a great time at Dreams Vallarta. The food was fantastic and the pools were awesome. The staff was there to please. Great place to stay, the only draw back was the ocean was too rough to go out in and play, but the pools made up for it.

We went to Dreams for the President's holiday week. The food was better than any all-inclusive I have been to. The service was great! The only complaint I have is that the elevator was not working great and there was a lot of time waiting. We stayed on the 9th floor, otherwise we would have taken the stairs every time. Overall, we had a great time and we will be back.

We came here for our small intimate wedding with our immediate family and I’m happy to say our experience with our wedding was amazing! Our wedding coordinator Livier Cortes was very helpful and really nice! She made our experience less stressful and even added some extra touch for us for the little details during our reception. I highly recommend using their wedding package if you’re looking into doing a wedding here at this resort.

- Wildly understaffed at check-in & check-out. Lines of 20+ people. - 2/3 elevators were down for 3+ days. None of the hotel staff seemed to care. If you're on the 10th floor, no bueno. - Rooms were supposed to be ready "a little before 3 PM". They were not ready until 4. Pretty views, but the resort inefficiency is maddening.

I wish I could leave a review lower than 1 star. I am a gay man..I have a partner and I have an ex wife with a son (8). We are visiting for 5 days. Today is day 1. I just had the most HOMOPHOBIC EXPERIENCE ever!!!!!!! We have booked 2 rooms! One for my ex wife and son (she is great and a wonderful person) and another for my partner and I.. We had a couple (gay couple ) who we knew from my our years past who were in PV at the same time and they took a day pass to come to Dreams PV. As they were leaving I gave them a hug and the concierge and management said that I was out of line giving them a hug because it was a family place. I have been hearing all day that I was out of line hugging my partner. WTF!!!!! Guess what it it is 2026 and GAY COUPLES with kids and blended families exist!!! I have to stay here with these HOMOPHOBIC PEOPLE for another few days but I will move on and NEVER come here....PLEASE ..if you are GAY or ARE a BLENDED FAMILY...Dont come here....Get a condo and spend the same money on a chef...because these guys are HOMOPHOBIC and very UNFRIENDLY to people who do not fit the HETERONORMATIVE IDEA. In 2026, there are SO MANY GAY FAMILIES and they NEEED TO STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Overall we had a great vacation at Dreams! The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff were great! Specifically Oliver at the Carnival Buffet for breakfast and Omar & Mario by the pool. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made our stay that much better. Oliver even created a Happy Birthday plate for our son and made his whole day! The only downside was the food at the buffet for dinner. There was a theme each night and not much variety beyond that. There were 2 nights where it was just outside and a few salads to choose from and then BBQ chicken or beef. A little disappointed there wasn't more variety and options for dinner. Breakfast at the buffet is awesome with great food and great variety, just wish it would have been the same for dinner. Overall it was a great vacation and we would come back again!

For our first time in Mexico this resort was a blast and suitable for all ages! Was so satisfying that it makes us want to move to mexico from Canada! Food, drinks, and entertainment was like anything we've experienced as a family and we hope to come back one day to this exceptional resort! Not a single thing went wrong and the staff was easy to communicate with. Absolutely 100% satisfying and couldn't be happier with the memories we build as a family in beautiful mexico!
