Holiday Spa Hotel

Paid for a king size bed. They put 2 twins together and called it a king.Switched rooms. Air conditioners didn't work good in either rooms. Had to ask for a fan just to not sweat in the room. Found a small water bug aka brown roach in bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms.The pool was nice though. The breakfast was half decent.

A good hotel, with a nice atmosphere, great breakfast with wonderful scrambled eggs..possibly the one of the best in my opinion..happy staff, very obliging..My only concern..l sent an e.mail and it did not send...that annoyed me..Appart from this l was happy weth the use of the pool there.

Could not Find reservations . Front desk staff not Helpful. Spent too much time talking with each other. Taxi Is very hard too get. Windows are very dirty. Food Is always out of stock. Never any coke Zero . Charge for extra sheet.

Hotel is easy to get to and close to some excellent restaurants (Crossroads). Stayed here for the swimming pool as I can get some laps in at the start of the day.

It was a decent choice for a moderately priced hotel with a pool. Food was decent but the menu rarely had more then a few choices because they were regularly out of most items. Make sure you carry a lot of smaller bills because they were often unable to break or give you change for bigger bills. The location is not near any main areas so you have to cabs everywhere. That's another reason to carry smaller bills

The check in was quick the lobby and the restaurant was so uncomfortable because there Air con was not working and the WiFi was so slow ...they had to come many times in my room trying to fix the WiFi!!! Did not go swimming because it was crowded with kids I guess the had a swimming lessons and other staff I would not go back there .....the only thing I enjoy the massage!

Pros: welcoming staff, ballroom activities, swimming pool, Friday swimming pool dance, room cleanliness. Cons:I had to choose between the noise of the a/c and the loud music form the bar next door. No refrigerator in the room. The gym is charged per access: 150php. Extra towel is charged. Security officers keep a visitor's identification card during the visit. No pizza delivery allowed to the room.

The only disappointing part is the rude front desk staff.

The hotel and pool were fine. Clean and respectable. The front desk staff were ignorant and not respectable. I found this very odd considering how Filipinos are usually very attentive to the clients needs.
