Full payment is due upon check-in. Please note that the restaurant is open at dinner and reservation is needed. It is closed in March and in November. Please note that the buffet breakfast is served every morning from 08:00 until 10:00 for only guests staying in the rooms. Breakfast is available after this time at an extra cost of EUR 10. Guests of the Studio are required to provide a credit card upon check-in to guarantee the property. Check-in and key collection take place at the main Agriturismo Tenute Plaia structure, in the Scopello 3 district, from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. In the Studio apartment only the "All Inclusive" rate includes breakfast, swimming pool and daily cleaning services. For Studio Apartment guests it is possible to request the breakfast service at a cost of €10 per person from 2 April to 31 October. Breakfast IS NOT AVAILABLE during restaurant closing periods. Please note that the studio apartments are located in a separate building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Posizione spettacolare. Max relax. Colazione ottima, con prodotti locali , personale veramente gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo anche cenato presso la struttura.

"Un magnifique lieu au service impeccable."

Le personnel a été merveilleux, très attentionné et arrangeant. La vue est magnifique et le petit déjeuner très agréable en terrasse face à la mer. Même si la réserve de Zingaro était fermé suite aux incendies,nous avons profité de merveilleuses balades et baignades dans des criques de carte postale.

Insgesamt sehr guter Aufenthalt dort. Nette Begrüßung und guter Erstkontakt mit netten Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Sehr viele Schnaken abends, auch im Zimmer.

Ein schönes großes Appartement, sauber und ruhig, direkt bei Scopello. Zum Frühstück musste man ca. 500 m zum Haupthaus an der Straße entlang gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß, reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es liegt etwas weit ab.

"Sympa mais…"

L’ Accueil, la bienveillance du personnel. La situation géographique, près des plages et à quelques minutes à pied de Scopello. La jolie piscine même si nous avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter.

La literie ! Matelas à changer de toute urgence !!!!!!! Décoration trop surannée, austère…..
