Full payment is due upon check-in. Please note that the restaurant is open at dinner and reservation is needed. It is closed in March and in November. Please note that the buffet breakfast is served every morning from 08:00 until 10:00 for only guests staying in the rooms. Breakfast is available after this time at an extra cost of EUR 10. Guests of the Studio are required to provide a credit card upon check-in to guarantee the property. Check-in and key collection take place at the main Agriturismo Tenute Plaia structure, in the Scopello 3 district, from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. In the Studio apartment only the "All Inclusive" rate includes breakfast, swimming pool and daily cleaning services. For Studio Apartment guests it is possible to request the breakfast service at a cost of €10 per person from 2 April to 31 October. Breakfast IS NOT AVAILABLE during restaurant closing periods. Please note that the studio apartments are located in a separate building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Clean. Pool.

Too far from the village to use the services.. we were located in the apartment 500m away up hill. Trash etc was our own responsibility to dispose of. Missing some kitchen items e.g kettle

Amazing pool. 10 min walk into old town and 15 mins down to the famous tuna factory beach. Recommend getting a car for this area. Free carpark on site

Nice and calm location near Scopello and nice beaches. The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast is nice aswell. Staff breakfast and rooms were very nice.

The agriturismo doesn’t hand out swimming pool towels. The swimming pool is rather small. No possibility to have something to eat nor to drink between breakfast and before 18:30.

Il panorama che si gode dalla terrazza della sala da pranzo/ristorante della struttura principale è molto bello.

Quando ho prenotato non era decisamente chiaro che l'appartamento in edificio esterno si trovasse al di fuori della struttura e che fosse necessario utilizzare la macchina per usufruire della colazione. Il fatto che non ci fossero finestre, se non una piccola sopra la porta d'ingresso, mi ha lasciata abbastanza perplessa e, non so se a causa dei condizionatori non proprio puliti o dell'ambiente abbastanza umido, gli indumenti lasciati sulla sedia hanno preso cattivo odore. Inoltre la camera sul soppalco con il bagno al piano terra non è il massimo della comodità considerata anche la scala abbastanza "importante" e dalla quale purtroppo sono caduta. Letto scomodissimo con rete e materasso a molle probabilmente, tanto da costringerci a dormire arrampicati al bordo esterno per evitare di scivolare nel buco al centro.
