Hotel Helios Costa Tropical

Great location, we were lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with a balcony and sea view and given complimentary fizz and snacks! Great pool area and amazing breakfast.

Fridge in the room did not work.

It was super clean and the room was very comfortable. We had an amazing view and enjoy the jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were not informed before that the spa was closed. That was a shame. Also there were not enough sunbeds around the pool for a big hotel like this.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. We were greeted at reception by Elicia, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. As a lovely surprise, she arranged a room upgrade for us. Our room was located on the 7th floor and offered stunning views overlooking the beach. On arrival, we found complimentary macarons and sparkling wine waiting for us, along with a thoughtful welcome note, which was a wonderful touch. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with fantastic sea views. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the quality and variety of the food were outstanding throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was excellent, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel valued guests from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.
