Hotel Golden Palermo

La primer noche nos dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado dañado sin informarnos previamente, al reclamar nos dijeron que no había mas disponibilidad durante el fin de semana y que nos habían asignado dicha habitación por haber realizado la reserva a través de HOTELES.COM/internet ; al otro día nos cambiaron de habitación ya que apareció disponible una, pero nos llamaron a informarnos que habian encontrado dos colillas de cigarrillo en la papelera de la habitacion anterior, las cuales no habiamos fumado nosotros obviamente, lo que demuestra que la limpieza que hacen de las habitaciones es un poco deficiente por que debian pertenecer al huesped anterior. El personal del restaurante es muy atento! esta situado en una buena zona y con facilidad de acceso

We reserved this hotel for five nights. Upon arrival we were disappointed with the room and asked if we can switch hotels after the first night without cancellation fees. The reception staff was nice and said it's not a problem. So we reserved a different hotel for the remaining four nights. However, when expedia called to confirm with the hotel, the reception staff said they'll need to speak to the manager. The manager then denied the request. We returned several times during our stay to speak with the manager, but she apparently is only on-site fridays. So I asked for her email and they gave me an incorrect email address. We eventually got the correct email from the reception staff and emailed the manager but she never responded. Meanwhile we were charged for 5 nights even though we stayed one night and the hotel's policy states we would only be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night. Needless to say we we're disappointed with the experience with this hotel and would not recommend it.

The only thing I didn't like is the internet connection wasn't strong at the upper levels

Hotel Golden Palermo is a quaint boutique hotel that met my needs well. As an American, I struggled a little with the language barrier as they had no English-speakers, but I got by with my limited Spanish vocabulary. They were extremely nice and welcoming, no complaints there. My first room was very small, but clean and suitable for someone who would not be spending much time in the room. The bed was very. very firm, but I slept okay. I am glad I brought a noise machine to drown out the noise, it is a little loud. They have a free breakfast buffet, which was nice. I had to check out to travel more, but came back a few nights later and they gave me a bigger, nicer room on the corner of the 4th floor. I liked it! The only other thing I'd point out is that taxis had a hard time finding my hotel, so maybe it's an odd location, but it was perfect for meeting up with the people I was visiting. It's in the Laureles neighborhood, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. I'd stay there again.

La habitacion pequeña. Se escuchaba mucho ruido desde el restaurante. El desayuno poco variado y muy poca cantidad. Lo mejor es la ubicacion y el personal de servicio!!

Un hotel con lo necesario. Muy buena asistencia. Mejorar el desayuno

Quartier residentiel avec de nombreuses cafeterias et un grand centre commercial a proximite permettant de bien vivre. Enfin un tres bon reseau de taxis et bus devant l hotel

Good location , good service too. Safe neighborhood . Great for the price .

Excelente atención y dedicación del personal.
