The golden Palermo is an amazing hotel well worth the money. The staff was very nice and attentive and the food was delicious.

"Great Service and Extra Effort"

The staff went to extra lengths to ensure I had all my needs met. From calling taxis to finding information about tours to finding a Spanish teacher for my cousin, they went beyond what I have experienced in most hotels in my travels. When booking be very careful to make sure you are not paying too much. Expedia sometimes quadruples the price of the rooms, that you would not pay if you pay in person at the hotel.

I wont stay at this Hotel again. Room was to small for a family of 4. Breakfast was very poor. Very quite neighborhood and close to different shopping malls and restaurants.

"Surprise."

Book and prepay a room with two beds and on arrival I find the unpleasant surprise that the room had only one bed. It was early morning and did not have the room I reserved disponble guy, I put a little extra in a room whose space was very limited , breakfast was limited and scarce and poor service .
