Because of my husbands legs he cant do a lot of walking so we requested a room on the first floor and they were happy to abloge. We where there for a funeral so we just stayed over night but we appreciated the customer service of the check in clerks that made our stay comfortable being helpful and having a pleasant attitude.

Front Desk overcharge me for accessing me for a dirty sheet. I asked for proof in a email, front desk never sent me no pictures but they did charge over charged me. I would not recommend this place due to extremely rude unprofessional Customer Service.
