At 8:00 pm we discovered we had no hot water. The front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do for us but move us to a different room. He had already moved us once because the key didn't work in the 1st room. We were getting ready for bed and did not want to be moved again.

"Problem with checking in."

The room was very comfortable.

We booked with Booking.com. When we arrived at 1:30 am, they could not check us into the room and wasted an entire half-hour messing around. Our key did not work. They let us into the room with a manager's key.

"Great stay, comfy beds, large rooms"

The location was great and close to alot of stores! The staff was EXCELLENT! Check in was smooth and great with Migual. Breakfast and Check out was wonderful with Jerrica, great stay will be back!

Pool could use a cleaning.
