Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location on the seafront is good with a choice of shops and restaurants very close at hand. As my other Pattaya hotel was fully booked for New Year, I was glad to glad a room here (even at a slightly inflated price). Stayed four nights and felt comfortable.

Can be a little noisy and the open plan bathroom/toilet set-up is a little odd.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful.

No smoking allowed on the balcony. No privacy in the toilet in the room. It is just a three quarter glass door, ok if you are staying alone. WiFi was impossible to connect to. QR code didn’t work.

Pillows were very big and highly uncomfortable. They charged us over 1000 baht for a late check out of 1.5 hours. Highly unaccommodating. Stayed here for 4 nights and room wasn’t really ocean view
