The Now Hotel

Nice design modern good location.

First issue was they wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid cash for the deposit despite being able to use cards and advertising Visa card acceptance everywhere. Second issue was is accidentally left a suit in my room. They at first told me at check out that my room was fine. Then the man came ask me if I left clothing when I was walking out.. I had found women’s clothing in my room from previous guests and left it by the garbage. There was miscommunication which can happen. But when I came back to the hotel the man at the desk just started yelling at me. I tried to explain it was a misunderstanding but he kept shouting at me and wouldn’t listen. It was extremely unprofessional for hotel staff. I’ll ever stay here again even though I was planning to at first. There also was no hot water in my room during the stay. It was lukewarm at best.

We were impressed by the room size and the modern look of the hotel and the room. The location is just near the night market. Great breakfast. There was no pol, but we could use the pool from another hotel, which was very nice and better than we expected.

The curtains in the bath area are not blackout, it wasn't dark enough in the room during the night. Also the sea was not great when we were there.

Die Zimmer sind schön und der Strand entspricht dem allgemeinen Standard von Pattaya. Frühstück hatten wir keines gebucht weil uns 400 Baht pro Person Zuviel waren.

Wir waren die letzten 8 Jahre schon öfters im NOW aber die Geräuschkulisse Nachts hat mittlerweile in Niveau erreicht was ich mir wahrscheinlich nicht mehr antuen werde. Direkt vor der linken Hotelseite ist ein Nachtmarkt mit Live Musik bis 01.00 Uhr und danach geht es noch in einer Karaokebar weiter.
