Very pleasant stay, staff friendly and views amazing.

Amazing location good honest pub good very nice

Excellent views, the staff were all excellent, as was the food. It was as clean as it could be, but some areas were looking a bit tired, including towels that were frayed around the edges. I didn’t like the way payment was ring fenced for the room, then they wanted to take full payment again before we left, leaving the ring fenced and total prices outstanding on my bank account. 3 days later and the payment is still showing as pending in my account. I emailed about this, but haven’t received a reply

Staff and service were excellent.Room although small and basic had a fantastic view over valley. No hair drier. Really nice cooked breakfast.Evening meals were ok although disappointed with selection on menu. One thing that maybe needs looking at is reserved parking for staying guests as we arrived back late afternoon only to find car parking places full and then having to park down the road.

Hotel was small with 4 rooms we has a room with views over the fields. Room was small but had everything one needs with exception of a hairdrier. The food was good and extremely large portions. As it is very popular you need to book a table . On the friday night all tables were full in the dining room and the bar. Outside ther is a small garden with a covered area also used and several tables on the small road infront of the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful . The breakfast was so good we will be returning soon

Lathkil is a very small hotel. Our room although small had a comfortable bed, wall unit with space for cases, hanging clothes & tea/coffee tray, looking out onto car park. En-suite was modern. Magnificent view from restaurant & terrace, spotlessly clean everywhere, staff pleasant & friendly. Enjoyable walk from hotel down to & along Lathkil River. Good breakfast

Friendly staff, food excellent. Views and location perfect. when I stay again I would make sure my room had a view. When booking I didn't ask for one and overlooked the car park..............
